The adults of the future need help from adults of the present

I have run 5th Lutley Brownies and 1st Lutley Rainbows for the past 3 years.  The number of girls in the units have doubled since i took over and both waiting lists are full for the next 2 years.  So you are thinking, whats her problem!
LEADERS!!!
The modern day woman has little time to spare and leader numbers have fallen considerably.  In the past 2 years 3 units have closed due to no leaders.  It is a country wide problem but our district is in desparate need of adult help.
I understand that many women now work, but so do I and i still find time to run 2 units and act as district secretary.  The excuses are just getting all leaders down, at the end of the day we are in it for the girls in our units but some parents are reluctant to help just 1 hour every term.
Guiding helps girls develop so much, it gives them the confidence to stand up and let their voice be heard.  But instead of flourishing the movement is dwindling, not for want of girls but for want of women to act as leaders.
