BSMA has been established for over 15 years and is run by Del Sampson (6th Dan) BSMA president And WKA English President who, during this time, has produced many National, European and World champions.
We run a range of children, adult and family based classes throughout the week specialising in SPORT KICKBOXING, SPORT KARATE,SELF DEFENCE,MIXED MARTIAL ARTS and XTREME MARTIAL ARTS
We are a specialised full time academy, and are open 7 days a week. We run a separate Kids Academy, with kids personal development and self defence programs, along with adult only classes, with fitness, flexibility and competition programs. We also run Separate Sparring only classes, (controlled fighting under supervision with protective equipment), as well as seperate ladies only classes, regular senior courses,competition fighting courses, special training and social events.
