What is Base?

Base is a new and dynamic force in the borough of Dudley which is driving forward the agenda for social economy development.
Base is achieving this through the support and development of Social and Community Enterprises, Co-operatives, Community Trusts and Social Firms.
Base is a network of social economy organisations and supporters that came together in 2003 to develop mutual support and advancement of social enterprise across the Borough.
