Communication Capacity Building for Communities

Communication has been in existence since March 1992 advising and supporting community organisations to develop their skills and resources so that they can communicate more effectively with their services users, customers, volunteers and funders.

Communication works with rather than for projects and organisations which allows us to educate and support staff teams and volunteers to understand more about technology and professional media and communications values and techniques.

Communication is an independent, not for profit organisation which is committed to equality of opportunity for all.

Communication has worked in many areas including the arts, carers and carers groups, counselling organisations, visually impaired projects and individuals, technology projects, arts freelancers and community arts projects, victim support groups, support services for young children and many other areas of local community service.
