Morrisons Bag Packing Fund Raiser

Crossroads Scouts, Cubs, Beavers and Leaders will be bag packing at Morrisons this week to raise funds for the Group. Scouts and Cubs who want to go on the Group Camp to the Isle of Man in October 2001 will be able to reduce the cost by helping out at the Keighley Superstore packing customers carrier bags. This event last year brought in the group over £600 and we are aiming to top that this year. Scouts and Cubs not going on the Group Camp will be taken bowling by the leaders as a reward for their effort in this Fund raising venture. The Leaders always put in a big effort so we want to see a lot of support from members of the sections. Monday the 18th of December saw a few Scouts and cubs turn up notable Rachel and Stuart with Michael and Ashley all pictured below with the new Group Banner that we will be displaying at all events. A big thanks to Chris Tanya Tom Mark Jean and Heather - Leaders who have all taken part in this event this week - so come on Scouts and Cubs and parents - Thursday and Friday will be a busy time at Morrisons - please get along there at 5:30 pm and support your group.
