Welcome to Bradford Hockey Club...the club for top class hockey in the district!
We run three senior sides, a development squad, and a host of junior sides from Under 11s through to Under 21s, with a strong coaching set-up to rival anything in the region.
We are based at a fantastic sportsturf surface pitch at Thornton Grammar School, in Leaventhorpe Lane, Thornton, Bradford, just four miles out of the city centre, with exclusive use for all our teams EVERY Saturday.
Our 1st Xl is in Division One of the Yorkshire League and our Under 18s reached the Play-Offs of the National Indoor Championships just 2 years ago.
Hockey coaching takes place in the evenings on Tuesdays at Bradford Girls Grammar School for juniors and senior ladies and Wednesdays at Thornton Grammar School for juniors and senior men.
Our social HQ is at The 'Famous' Rock and Heifer Inn in Thornton Heights - just a few minutes drive from the Grammar School. |
