Legram's Lane Under Fives & Women's Centre

Our centre is in Tetley St Memorial Baptist Church building at the top of Arncliffe Terrace near the Ingleby Rd junction with Legrams Lane. We welcome women and children under 5 years old every morning of the week in term time. We provide English classes for speakers of other Languages, a Parenting discussion group, Chinese style exercise class,an Urdu class, and an Arabic class. We run a toddler group/playgroup for young children and provide a creche for most classes.

We can do all this because we receive grants and funding from Bradford Council, Bradford College and the Local Network Children's Fund- without which we simply could not provide the service!

We are open from 9.30am to 11.30 am Monday to Friday.

We have an excellent local reputation for our friendly welcome to all. Our team is multi-racial and we always have someone available who can speak the community languages common in BD7.

We run events and trips and offer support and advice signposting to individual women.
