 | | After the naming of the lifeboat in centenery square the boat was first stationed at FLAMBOROUGH yorkshire. ST BEES. then QUEENSFERRY in scotland , APPLEDORE in devon, and PENLEE in cornwall.and BUNDORAN in ireland, NEWBRIGHTON on the wirrall . NEWQUAYin cornwall .STAITHES and was stationed back at FLAMBOROUGH of march april 2005,currently she has been stationed at ARRAN ,and at STATHES in yorkshire ,SOUTHWOLD in suffolk ,unlike the previous BRADFORD lifeboats the latest boat has gone into the relief fleet and does not have a dedicated station but will be used at different stations all over the united kingdom . the boat has until winter 2007 helped rescue over 187persons as well as giving help to 2 animals in trouble ,if anyone requires any other information about the rescues and services of any of the bradford lifeboats please get in contact. many of the most recent services included a boat with 32 persons on board , a boat on fire ,people stranded by rising tides , persons falling from jettys harbour walls and persons falling down from cliffs . The city of bradfords atlantic 75 class of lifeboat operational no B-753, has proved herself to be a usefull contribution to the safety of others and in the saving of lives at sea and also providing Bradford with a wonderfull ambassadorfor the city as she in in operation around the uk , but special thanks must go to the brave volounteers men and women who crew the boat at a moments notice any time of the day or night 365 days of the year, |
