The Langcliffe singers are a registered charity. We are based around the Settle area.
We are a four voice section choir, with approx. 75 current members.

We usually arrange our performances around the academic year. Having a Christmas concert in December. Usually two performances of a particular oratorio at Easter. One in Skipton and One in Settle or surrounding area. In the summer we usually prepare a lighter program for the end of term concert.

We have been asked to perform at various venues extra to this throughout the years, and have enjoyed performing at Grassington festival, Performing Messiah for the Yorkshire Air ambulance appeal plus many others over the years.

In November 2000 we produced a CD and in Easter 2003 we performed at Benefaio in Spain and inviting our hosts, Cor Madrigial back in the Summer 2003 for them to perform here.

Valerie Baulard will be retiring from the Choir after the Summer Concert 2004. The New Musical Director will be Patricia Rees-Jones.
