Mediation is a voluntary, impartial and confidential process and mediators are fully trained professionals. The Service has access to interpreters for those whose first language is not English.
Family Mediation is independent of the Court system, it offers the opportunity for couples to make their own decisions about the future of their children.
Those on low incomes may qualify for public funding (legal aid) to cover the cost of mediation.
