Soroptimist Clubs in the Yorkshire Region

The following clubs run their own programmes of meetings and events and are active in their local communities.
Links to clubs with their own websites can be found on the Links page. To reach any of these Soroptimist clubs please use the Mail Form which directs your request to the Yorkshire Region's PR Officer Kathryn Gallon.

Aireborough
- meets 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at Guiseley Methodist Church, 7.30pm.
Beverley & District
Bingley - meets in Bingley (2 venues). 2nd Tuesday is a club business meeting and 4th Tuesday is a speaker meeting.
Beverley - business meetings 2nd Wednesday at the Beverley Arms Hotel, 7.30pm. Other meetings and social functions arranged as required.
Bradford - meets at 7.30pm at Soroptimist House, 4 Park View Road, Manningham, Bradford. First Tuesday is a business meeting and third Tuesday a speaker or social meeting.
Bridlington meet Mondays at The Bridlington Links Golf Club, Flamborough Road, Marton, Bridlington, East Yorkshire, YO15 1DW
Castleford, Normanton & District
Dewsbury - meet at The Oakwell Centre, Dewsbury & District Hospital at 7.30pm. 2nd Thursday in the month for business meeting and 4th Thursday in the month for speaker meetings.
Doncaster - meet at the Doncaster Castle Park Rugby Club, at 7.30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of the month for business and the 4th Tuesday for a speaker/supper meeting.
Garforth Elmet - meet at Nurses home committee rooms, Seacroft Hospital, York Road, Leeds 14 on 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 7.30pm.
Halifax - meet at the Maurice Jagger Centre, Winding Road, Halifax on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm in addition they have 3 - 4 social meetings per year.
Hallamshire (Sheffield) - meets at Shirley House, 31 Psalter Lane, Sheffield S11 8YL at 7.30 p.m. on second Tuesday of the month for business meeting and last Tuesday for a social/speaker/supper evening.
Harrogate and District - Meet at the White Hart Hotel, Cold Bath Road, Harrogate on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month.
Huddersfield - meet at Greenhead Masonic Hall, Greenhead Road, 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at 7.30pm
Ilkley - meet second and fourth Thursdays each month with one business and one speaker meeting. Meetings are held at the Jack Lofthouse Annexe, Clarke Foley Centre, in Ilkley, 7.30pm.
Keighley - meets on alternate Mondays at Kildwick Church Hall, Kildwick starting at 7.30pm
Kingston Upon Hull - meet every last Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm at The Village Hotel, in Hull. We usually have a short Business Meeting followed by a Speaker.
Leeds - meet at the Village Hotel, Otley Road, Leeds on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 7.00 pm for 7.30 pm
Malton & District - meets 3rd Wednesday of each month except August at The Old Lodge Hotel, Malton. Meeting start at 7.30pm, join us around 6.15pm for social and food.
Richmond & Dales - meet twice a month in Richmond
Scarborough
Selby - meet the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm in Community Hourse, Porthoilme Road, Selby
Sheffield - meets at 11 Rundle Road, Sheffield. 1st Monday is a club business meeting and 3rd Tuesday is a supper and speaker meeting.
Skipton-In-Craven - meets alternate Mondays at 28 Otley St in Skipton. Meetings start at 7.30pm.
Thirsk & District-meet on the second Thursday of each month at The Golden Fleece, Market Place, Thirsk
Wakefield meets at College Grove Sports Club, Eastmoor Road, Wakefield alternate Thursdays at 7.30 pm
York meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7 30 pm in the Beechwood Hotel, York.
