Amersham Badminton Club
Amersham Badminton Club meet every Monday evening (except bank and school holidays) from 8.20pm until after 10.00pm at St Michaels Church Hall. Sycamore Road, Amersham.
We are a small friendly non-competitive group of a reasonable standard. All standards and ages are welcome although it would be too demanding for complete beginners, and for a league player our atmosphere would be too casual; we play in a church hall, don't use feathers and enjoy ourselves. Dress in whatever you feel comfortable in; jeans / shorts / tracksuit etc. We only play doubles so even less experienced players can have an effective game by partnering a more experienced player.
If you are looking for a fun evening, a bit of exercise and some new friends do join us, the current (2009/10) membership fees are £50 for the whole year (less than £1.50 per evening), £25 per term (just over £2 per evening), or £3 per evening.
