APOLLO MARTIAL ARTS has been established for over 15 years and is run by Del Sampson (5th Dan) who, during this time, has produced many National, European and World champions. The High Wycombe branch of Apollo Martial Arts has been running for over 12 years. We run a range of children and adult classes throughout the week specialising in KICKBOXING, SPORT KARATE and KUNG FU. We have a separate Kids Academy, with kids personal development and self defence programs, along with adult only classes, with fitness, flexibility and competition programs. We also run Separate Sparring only classes, (controlled fighting under supervision with protective equipment), in Semi-Contact (point fighting) and Light Continuous, as well as regular senior courses, special training events and social parties / nights out. Personal Training: We can offer experienced, highly motivated and scientifically proven personal training to all ages and fitness levels, working from elite athlete performance enhancement, to postural correction for the elderly. Our range of services includes sports or relaxing body massage, therapy for sports or lifestyle injuries, and nutritional advice. We are also specialists in martial arts training, offering a complete programme for stress busting or specific training for experienced or aspiring martial artists.
