Morgan signs on a Bosman for 2003/2004 Season
On his return to the promised land that is the Beb Libs, Leon Morgan announced last night that he will be alligning himself with the new breed in the forethcoming 2003/2004 campaign. Condemned to the land of Leeds, Morgan has been keeping his skills sharp and will be a welcome addition to the already headstrong crew. A life-long fan of the Beb Libs B, it has always been Morgan's ambition to step up to the highest level and show what he can do when the carcass is nearly bare. New Team Names Suggested
Following the success of the Beb Libs B in their current season, many members of the team have become disgruntled with their status as a 'B' team. In there own right the Beb Libs B are a match for the 'A' team and any other team in the league.
Team Captain, Iain Joyce made the following statement:
"A few of the lads have come to me over recent weeks with suggestions for a new team name. The best ones are usually after 10 bottles of Stella so I'll keep my ear out at around 11 o'clock and weigh up some of the possibilities.."
On the rumour mill, a valid source has offered the following suggestions which have already been put forward to Head-Gear Joyce:
-Bebington Liberal Club Warriors
-Beb Lib Lip Busters
-Beb Lib Colonels
-Beb Lib Harvest Reapers

EXCLUSIVE: The Adonis To Sign
An inside source close to Jimmy "The Adonis" Jones has confirmed that the showstopper may be on the verge of a sensational summer move to the B squadron. Uninspired and feeling the pressure of the 1st Division, "The Adonis" would be a massive addition to the Beb Libs B and would go down in folklore history as a Beb Lib B great. The move could be financed with the Beb Libs B holding the bargaining power of Lee "The Hammer" Caldwell, with "The Colonel" being a keen admirer of the Beb Lib B prodigy. It would be unlikely that "Head-Gear" Joyce would be willing to let one of his finest assets leave and "The Hammer" himself would be unlikely to fancy the move as he predicts great things ahead of the headstrong Beb Lib B team.
"The Adonis" would bring some much needed steel to the Beb Libs B frontline and the move would be welcomed by his heir "The Colossus", who sees his mentor as the lynchpin if the B squadron are to challenge for honours on all fronts in the new season. Watch this space!!
