Companionship down to a 'Tea'

Contact the Elderly provides vital social contact for isolated and lonely elderly people in our community, by arranging Sunday afternoon tea outings once a month at family homes, through networks of small local groups of volunteer drivers and hosts.

We are trying to launch our new group in the Widnes/Runcorn area but to do this we need:

Volunteer Drivres who have approximately 4 hours to spare one Sunday afternoon a month.

Hosts: with a downstairs loo, who are willing to put on a simple tea just ONCE A YEAR.
