Cooper S music downloaded....
 After quite a long time (ahem!) Cooper S has finally gotten together some material which you will be able to download in MP3 format. These are available from a secondary site at Vitaminic, which has its own Cooper S page. You'll find MP3's of My Little Greedy Friend (electric and acoustic versions), Drown The Rich, Holy Joe, and a live version of That's Alright from the 2000 International Guitar Festival. Whilst not the Abbey Road sound, we are aware that for a long time people have been asking for something recorded - so we hope this will help matters roll along! |
Why the wait....
Cooper S first got around to recording some of its original material shortly after the 2000 Guitar Festival, following their appearence at New Brighton. Over a series of cold, cold winter nights, individualy they recorded the separate tracks for the songs on te MP3 site and some others. These were placed onto a mini disc and were given Maddie, a long term associate of the band. He then proceeded to pull all the tracks together - like a mind boggling jigsaw - using a software audio programme called Cubase. They sounded okay...but due to the relative novice knowledge of the programme at that time, they weren't considered up to scratch.
However, just recently in a fit of boredom,and now with more experience of Cubase, he has remixed the tracks and opened an opportunity for you to have a listen. Whilst not perfect, they still sound good - have a listen, let's know what you think!
