Confirmation Service
The Christmas decorations had hardly had time to settle into their boxes for the year when 2007 started with a baptism & confirmation on 7th January.

Passion Play
Meols Passion Players are a group of Christians from various denominations who come together every two years to perform their passion play in various churh venues.
Tuesday 3rd April 2007 saw them at Emmanuel performing to an audience of about 90.

Children's Crafts
| The ever popular Easter Craft Workshops attracted another 80 children. Starting with a short service, the children participate in about 10 different craft bases, some of which portray the Easter message. Without this, the majority of these children will have no communication regarding the Eastwer message. |  |

Summer Fair
The Summer Fair took place on Saturday 30th June. Although the weather was not pleasant the event went off very well.
The rain however, did not dampen the spirits of the cub leader who spent the day in the stocks with plenty of customers braving the rain to have a pop.

Christmas Tree Service
| The popular service sees the youngsters decorating the Christmas tree with a simple message for each decoration. Nearly 100 people attended this years service. |  |

Scout Group
| At the end of a busy but exciting scout centenary year, the leaders and helpers of the group took time out to relax and enjoy the company without the responsibility on this occasion. A magnificent Christmas dinner was prepared by one of the parents and the youthclub youngsters waited on. |  |
