The Manor Residents Association has an entry on our local community and leisure database EnCompass:

You can view your entry by typing any part of your organisation's name in the 'subject' box.
We send out yearly update forms to all groups/organisations still on the database. To remain on the database - this form must be signed and returned to me - this is in keeping with data protection requirements.
We don't appear to have a postal address for your organisation to send this form out to. Please could you email me an appropriate address. Alternatively, if the organisation wishes to be taken off the database, I can also do this at your request.
