About Us
Knutsford Junior Netball Club provides opportunities for girls in years 6-11 to receive netball coaching delivered by qualified coaches, and competition in local and regional league netball matches and tournaments.
The club aims to give all girls the chance to develop to their full potential as netball players, as well as teaching them the skills that will develop them as young people through teamwork and their interactions with others. After Year 11 (U16's) there is a natural progression into the Senior Sections of local netball clubs.
KJNC members come from a wide catchment area - both locally to Knutsford and also across other parts of Cheshire and are drawn from a mix of schools. All our teams are keen to welcome more girls into their groups.
The teams train indoors on Sunday mornings throughout the school year either at Egerton Youth Club, Mereheath Lane, Knutsford or at Knutsford Leisure Centre, Westfield Drive, Knutsford.
The club participates in league matches organised in the Cheshire and Merseyside Youth Netball League, friendly matches with other local clubs and also regional tournaments, which gives the girls a wide range of playing experience and competition.
If you are interested in joining the Club and would like to come along to see if you like us, we offer the first 2 sessions for free and there is no obligation to join the club after this time.
