Cholesterol
Does anybody have any thouhts on Alternatve therapies to reduce elevated cholesterol levels. I know mine is high I bought a kit to test it http://www.checkmybody.co.uk but they have no advice other than diet excercise etc. I have heard that herbal supplements containg plant sterols can be useful anyone any experience of usung these?
