MEET FRIENDS AND LEARN NEW SKILLS AT THE LEADING VENUE "At the heart of the local Community" The Jubilee Centre is a Community Centre with suite rooms for hire with exceptionally competitive charges. Our suite rooms are suitable for Creative Learning Groups, Management Meetings, Exhibitions, Children's Parties, Family Celebrations, Functions, Training Courses, etc and we have ample door-to-door car parking facilities. The Jubilee Centre (formerly Bowdon Council Offices) was the brainchild of Bowdon Community Association (Reg Charity No: 506037). Bowdon Community Association is run by an Executive Committee consisting of a dedicated team of volunteers - some members have been with us since the inception of The Jubilee Centre. The association employs an incorporated centre manager who is responsible for day-to-day centre operations. We have been "at the heart of the local community" for 30 years. Our Mission Statement: "to be run for the benefit of the residents of Bowdon, Hale, Altrincham and District" - remains our commitment. Bowdon Community Association is a member of the National Federation of Community Organisations (NFCO) where community matters. Bowdon Community Association is a member of the "VISIBLE" Programme (Community Organisation Operating Standards) as endorsed by the Charity Commission, local government association and the home office. The Jubilee Centre is wheelchair friendly and provides wheelchair accessible Washroom/Toilet facilities and Disabled Ramps to Front and Side Entrances (Please ring the doorbell if assistance is required). All suite rooms are equipped with a hearing loop induction system. Please mention any special requirements at the time of booking.
