'The Samantha Jones Trust'

 
'The Samantha Jones Trust' helps children and their families through the trials of Leukaemia treatment, hoping to brighten children’s lives, and fulfil the dream of 16 year old Samantha, who lost her life to Leukaemia in 2002. Samantha had an intangible spice for life and it is for this reason that her friends and family have formed this charitable trust to pass on her message of hope.

Coast 2 Coast Cycle Challenge

Places are still available for this years Charity Bike Ride from Whitehaven to Sunderland in 3 days.

Itinerary as follows:

Friday 2 Sept - Arrive Penrith. Overnight stay at Edenhall Hotel.

Saturday 3 Sept - Transported to the start point in Whitehaven. Cycle back to Penrith (53 miles). Overnight at Edenhall Hotel.

Sunday 4 Sept - Cycle to Castleside (55 miles). Overnight at Derwent Manor.

Monday 5 Sept - Cycle to Sunderland (30 miles) Transported to original meeting point in Penrith.
