Other Meetings and Events
Neighbourhood ForumsDon't forget that anyone can go to the Altrincham Area Meetings, which are attended by local Councillors, and present details of complaints and concerns. The neighbourhood forums start at 6pm with an hour-long informal 'drop-in' session, so people can pop in speak to individual council staff, councillors, the police or other partner agencies about specific issues. This is followed at 7pm by a more formal discussion forum to look at and debate community issues of significant importance, such as town centre developments, policing or local environmental issues. The Altrincham North forum covers Village, Timperley and Broadheath wards, while the Altrincham South forum includes Hale Barns and Altrincham wards, both of which contain parts of Timperley.
