Photo Quiz Answers and Winners






The Photo Quiz held by Timperley Civic Society at the Country Fair on September 15th 2007 proved very popular. The closing date was the 1st October, following the Fair .

3. Shops on Woodhouse Lane East, at end of Heyes Lane, near Heyes Lane School
4. Canal Road – Caidan House, used to be Metal Box Co. offices
5. Park Road near station bridge, on corner of Hawthorn Ave, site of new flats, used to be Sylvan Service Centre, later Aidan Piers car sales

The Winners

Well done to the ten people who correctly identified all the photo locations. The two winners drawn from these at the Society’s AGM were Mrs N. Harrop and Wendy Brady.
