New web site now up and running www.weaverham.ik.com We are a large village hall with sporting facilities which cover's Weaverham and it's surrounding areas. We fund raise to keep the premises in good order and are always looking for new ideas, people are always welcome to join us. We receive no funding to run the buildings so rely on our income from hiring to the public. Below is a list of some of the facilities we can offer you. For the GYMNASTICS CLUB follow the link at the bottom of this page INDOOR. Full size Sports hall, Basketball, 5 a side Football, Badminton, Short tennis,Gymnastics, Trampoline, Table tennis, Keep fit classes, Aerobics, Sequence Dancing, Karate, FUNCTIONS. Bingo & Lunceon club, Whist, Slimming clubs, Art classes, Computer courses, M.S. Yoga, OUTDOOR. ( on our all-weather floodlit pitch ) 7 a side Football, Tennis, Basket ball, Street Hockey (+ ramp), Net ball, Hockey, ROOMS. there is a lounge available for hire complete with a full kitchen inc. dish washer and large cooker,We Have full bar facilities . we also have full changing and shower facilities. a disabled toilet and showers is also available. You can hire any of our rooms for you function, our charges are among the lowest in the county, they have remained unchanged for 9 years. If you have a club or group who want a base to operate from then come along and talk to us. We also offer a Printing and Laminating service which will do photographs as well to the village, we have internet access for you to use at a modest charge. Every year we hold a Horse show with a Novelty dog show on June 17th 2001, this is a large event lasting all day with 55 classes, some of which are BHS qualifying events.
