Bring a towel or mat & weights/tins.
It is run by a fully qualified coach from the George Carnal Leisure Centre.
£2.40 per session

TAI CHI 10:30 to 11:30 am
These gentle slow-motion movements can safely be practised by students of all ages and levels of fitness.
Employed £21 per 6 week session
Unemployed £15 per 6 week session

The 2 Gardening Club Planting options
The 2 Planting options are to be reviewed and costed by Trafford MBC. The successful option is to be submitted to the Area Board for funding.
