How to feel fantastic by Steve O'Connor

Hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind that we experience everyday of our lives.

The statement above may surprise you but it is completely true. Can you rmember having alazy morning in bed. Its a day when you have nothing to get up for just a day for yourself a "Duvet Day"; your are lying there in bed and you are in that really dreamy drowsy state you almost feel like you are floating




That feeling is very pleasant isnt it?





Welcome to the hypnotic state. The hypnotic state is that dreamy state when you are neither asleep nor are you awake.





It is whilst you are in this state that you are more receptive to favourable suggestion now notice the phrase favourable suggestion, because whilst you are in hypnosis you cannot be made to do anything that would compromise your own morals or values I.E. you cannot be made to do anything against your will You are not under the CONTROL of anyone else only YOU control YOU and it is my aim with the use of hypnosis to enable you to be able to control your own life more effectively.


My name is Steve O’Connor and I have worked with people from all walks of life. People who just feel that they cant take that step to improve their lives or people who feel that they can take that step but just don’t know which direction they should be heading in life.

We all have differing goals.. Don’t we?

We all work our way through life and generally we all want the same thing. We choose to call this “Thing” happiness.

However this is where it starts to get complicated. Many years ago before I learnt & developed the techniques that I now use I was asked a very simple but profound question and that question was “Do you know what you want”. This at first seems like a simple question but really think about it now. If you were to get a pen and paper and write a list or an essay which stated exactly what you want out of life, exactly what happiness meant to you. You would probably run out of ink trying to document who you want to be and what you want to achieve and how you could go about it..

Just think now if you carry on doing what you are doing now,

How much closer will you be to your ultimate goals in say 5 years time
