The League season runs from September to April. There are always teams on the lookout for players. Clubs are located at Arrowe Park,Heswall Tennis Club, New Ferry, Hoylake LTC,PArk Rd South,Individual contact details are available on request.

Spinners VII 10 Pinewood IV 0
Spinners V 10 nfgr VII 0
Matt Jordon won 3 as Calday gs beat Spinners VI. Greg Taylor beat Dave Rennison and D Jones but lost to Tony Reuben. Spinners V moved back to the top as they beat nfgr VII. Stef McLaughlin and Derek Evans winning 3 each without losing an end. Keith Naylor won 3 and only dropped the opening end to Paul Gatward.
The 3 brians were unbeaten as Spinners VII beat Pinewood IV. Brian Hadfield beat Nigel Owen 12-10 in the fifth.

Pinewood II moved back to the top as they beat Spinners III.Brian Carter and Ann Dakin had trebles while Bob West won twice but lost to Kamal Salem.

Heswall 9 eswa 1
Mike Clewett,matt Clewett and Sam Dimitri all had trebles as they overcame Terry Marshall,Robin Barker and Dave Spiller. Heswall remain unbeaten after a win over eswa. Steve Broad beat Bill Stanley and Dave Blair but lost to Glynn Tierney. Matt Clewett won 3 on his 1st team debut including a 13-11 win over Glynn in the fifth.
Steve Green also won 3 only dropping 1 end to Glynn.

Heswall III beat Spinners III 6-0 with Paul Loftus,John Briggs and Norman Eymond winning 2 each.
Spinners II beat NFGR VI 10-0 with Peter Walsh Jnr,John Simcox and Peter Walsh SNr all unbeaten.

Heswall reached the semi following a 6-1 win over nfgr V. Andy Spencer beat Paul Mutch.
Paul beat Ken Hill and Phil Evans. Aaron Beech and Steve Green both won twice in straight games.
Spinners beat Heswall II 6-0
Steve Nicholls,Chris Hatton and Tom Hill winning 2 each. Sam Dimitri the only heswall player to take an end as he lost to Tom in 4.

Handicaps based on 3 strongest players for each team.
Pinewood II beat Spinners II by 4 points.
Phil Luxon won 3 and 2 for Ann Dakin over Peter Walsh Snr and Dave Morris helped Pinewood scrape home. Phil and Ann beat both Walshes by 11 points in the doubles.
Spinners IV beat Spinners VII by 20 points.
Arthur Lampkin won his three by a margin of 43 points as they clawed back a 116 deficit against Spinners VII. Steve Bevan and Geoff Hockaday each clawed back 37 points in their trebles.
Calday gs beat Wall Manor II by 63 points.
Matt Jordon was the hero for Calday GS as wins over Byrne Fuller and Ken Cross steered them home.
Joshua Sutton also having a crucial win over Ken Cross. Richie Cross won all 3 but ended on the losing side.
