If anyone is interested in joining a club for the 2009/2010 please e-mail via the mail form link or phone either John Trenbirth 0151 608 3637 or Stan wilkinson 0151 327 2181 for information. The League season runs from September to April. There are always teams on the lookout for players. Clubs are located at Arrowe Park,Heswall Tennis Club, New Ferry, Hoylake LTC,PArk Rd South,New Brighton Cricket Club,Wall Manor . Individual contact details are available on request.

Division 3 Report (26.09.09)

Ken Hill wins 3 and a pair for Phil Evans over Andy Legge and James Haskell help
NFGR IV to victory in the derby with NFGR VII. Bob Hughes wins 3 and a pair for
Joe Pilkington over Brian Hall and Brian Knott helped NFGR V draw with Spinners VII for whom Brian
Hadfield won twice. Brian Hadfield came from 2 games down to beat Joe 11-3 in the fifth.
Brian Hall won 3 as Spinners VII beat NFGR VIII.Paul Oakes beat Steve Bevan and Brian Knott.
Ken Grain won 3 and a pair for Richard Waring over Dave Rennison and D Jones made it 2 from 2 for ESWa II.
Joe Caswell beat Richard and Mike Cooper.

Division 2 Report (26.9.09)

Mike Moss won 3 as Pinewood III won at Spinners III. Bob Rawlinson had a pair but lost to
Joe Cauldwell. Annabelle Sorrentino was unbeaten as NFGR III drew at Heswall III. Mike and Matt Clewett
Both beat Frank and Susi sorrentino. Ian Wood beat Frank Sorrentino. Keith Smith was unbeaten when
Heswall II beat Spinners Iv.Charles McCombe lost to Neil Burdett 11-7 in the fifth but beat
Ian Henderson and Arthur Lampkin. Jeff Sharples also beat Ian and Arthur. Alan Weldon and Phil Roberts won 3 each as Hoylake won at Wall Manor for whom Don South and John Barrow both beat Geoff dewhurst.
Heswall III had Mike and Matt Clewett to thank for trebles in a win over Spinners V.
Leigh Owen won 3 as Wall Man II beat Pinewood III for whom Mike Moss and bob Rawlinson both won twice.

Division 1 report (26.9.09)

Chris Hatton and Steve Nicholls won 2 apiece as Spinners remain top.Terry Marshall getting the sole point for nbcc II overcoming Dave Morris 11-9 in the fifth. Dave Blair and Steve Green had trebles as Eswa also made it 3 from 3. Bill Stanley won 2 but lost to Brian Carter. Maitreyi Shivkumar won 3 as NFGR II had a 1st win of the season.Paul Mutch beat Tony Connor and Ted McGiveron. Tom Hill and John Simcox were unbeaten as Spinners II beat Phoenix. Andy Lloyd won 3 in the win over Pinewood. Thomas Halusha won twice for the visitors beating
Robin Barker and Dave Harse. Gemma Lloyd beat Norman Eymond 11-7 in the fifth. Gemma , Gavin and Jonathan Taylor won 3 each as NFGR won at Heswall.
