It was the longest running and most popular poll ever to appear on Bee-sotted. But it's yesterdays chip paper now as the Committe have announced that former Terras midfielder Ian Hutchinson is their man.
My thanks for to the 31 people who voted for Paul Hammond, the 23 who preferred Trevor Senior and the one loyal soul who belatedly polled for Mark Lock

The Bees or Newcastle to win first. Congratulations to the die hard Magpies fan who correctly voted. Worringly 44% think the Bees won't win again this season

Following the lights fiasco I questioned whether they were worth repairing. An overwhelming 60% said YES!!
Good job we did then.....

Following the three consecutive wins I repositioned the manager's job vote. With one exception the vote was evenly split between "sacking Royston as the run was a fluke" and "that he'd done enough to be retained for the remainder of the season".

An overwhelming 80% of votes polled indicated that the best way of getting the Bees out of the bottom six was to sack Royston Davies, the Bees manager. Since the poll was originally posted the team have notched up three consecutive victories..............

The early season poll put Tom Coggins as early favourite for the Player of the Season with 9 votes of the 15 registered
===========================================

Having gained some early success the voters amongst us were almost evenly divided between whether we are headed for disaster or success. On a scale from bad to good the votes were 4-2-4-4.
Some more results like the Weston one will see us sorted!

So who did you think will be the top scorer this season?
Of those nominated 27% said either Mike Flann or "none of the above!" (3 votes each).(Until we scored at Elmore I was getting worried that you thought I meant None as in we won't score at all!!!).
18% went for either Shane Evans or Matt Condliffe (2 each), with Ben Clarke getting one vote.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
With the season about to start for the Bees, (things take longer to get to Bridport as we all know) voters in the recent poll aren't exactly full of hope for this term.
Asked where Bridport FC will finish this season 68% (15 votes) predicted relegation, 25% (5 votes) saw Bottom Six in their crystal ball and there was one vote each for promoted and mid table.
OK lads, what more spur do you need to prove the fans wrong?!

Nice to see that the Poll is a success. Of the 18 votes that were received 56% thought former Bees stalwart Simon Austin was "Right on the Money" with his opinions abou the Bees. The remaining votes were split evenly between "Harsh" and "Diplomatic"

Having re-introduced the website poll, I had a near record vote on the subject of who would be leaving the club in the close season.
Faced with a choice of Chris Senior, Simon Austin, Chris Skinner or all three, our survey (correctly) anticpated all (and a shed load more) leaving. 40% - 10 votes was the winning result
