Introduction To Dorset Long Distance Walkers Association Group

The Dorset LDWA group is one of 39 groups that are part of the national UK Long Distance Walkers Association (see www.ldwa.org.uk web site if you wish to find out about other loacal LDWA groups).

The Dorset Group activities include:

*A social Walks programme. Normally one per month on a Sunday, distance 15 to 25 miles according to season/climatic conditions with a pub lunch. Walks could be anywhere in Dorset or adjoining counties.

* We put on our own challenge walks. See other pages on this site and our full site at www.ldwa.org.uk/Dorset for full details/entry forms.

* Occasional bunkhouse weekends, cycle rides & other social events.
