All Over Attack The ultimate combination of cardio vs. resistance training. Ideal for toning, fat burning, and cardiovascular fitness, aimed at targeting all those hard to hit areas. - £4 per class
Boxercise A Boxercise class targets the total body and is an excellent stress reliever. You use your Total body and the time flies as you work on body movement, agility and momentum. - £4 per class
Showgirl Jazz Showgirls is an excellent way to get fit, learn to dance and have fun all at the same time. Each week will be a different theme i.e. Broadway/West-end/Can-can etc so each lesson will be different while still keeping the same fundamental focus. - £6 per class
Aqua Aerobics This low impact cardio class is great for all fitness levels and all ages. The water adds an increased resistance on the muscles leaving you with a total bodywork out. - £5 per class
Full body fitness
An all over body fitness class, incorporating a mixture of lower and upper body exercises. It works the body’s cardiovascular system as well as improving muscular strength and endurance. - £4 per class
Tone and flex This class includes a variation of the best and latest stretching techniques and muscle toning exercises with a cardio element to help shed excess weight. Abs and core muscles are worked to. £4 per class
