THE MOST INCREDIBLE WEIGHTLOSS AND FITNESS RESULTS

Revolution is the new fitness craze that will transform you and your body in just 28 days.

The course runs for 5 days a week for 4 weeks progressively getting harder to keep the body working. The courses will always run early morning (see below for times) so we can raise our metabolism for the rest of the day. Also this means everyone is capable of doing there session before work.

We use a range of bodyweight exercises combined with Studio equipment including bars, kettlebells, Med Balls and more to really work the body.

You will see unbelievable results including:

It works by using HIIT (high intensity interval training) keeping the Heart Rate raised throughout the 45-minute class and targeting all muscles in the body throughout the week. The 2 rest days come over the weekend and give the body a chance to repair, leaving it ready for the following week.

Whether you want to look good for a Holiday, A wedding, the summer, a special event or are just beginning your road back to a fitter and leaner you then this course will take you there.

Each session has been planned down to the last second and no muscle is left untouched. We can get you results that would normally take months on your own in just 28 days.

This course will save you thousands on gym memberships and expensive home gadgets and it’s all done under the watch full eye of a Personal Trainer.

You need to be on this course to believe its effectiveness. You will meet like-minded people who will become friends for life and who you can share your fitness challenge with.

The course starts with a full health assessment on Day 00 and will end with the same assessment to show exactly how much you have achieved.

All we ask from you is commitment and dedication over the duration of the course and we will do the rest.

We also run this course on a 1:1 basis but much like the Revolution group class you must be able to commit for 28 days. The 1:1 sessions can be done at any point during the day but preferably mornings, as we want to keep a raised metabolism all day.

To get this many sessions of Personal training would cost you anywhere between £500-£800, but our course comes at just £150.

Each class is held in our Studio, located in the Wessex Hotel, Bournemouth. We have large FREE car parking for all members of the course so you don’t have to worry about finding a space.

This course has proven results and I promise you, you will not leave this course disappointed but ready to face your next challenge.
