The councils response about the football pitch near the beach

I wrote a letter to the council about the football pitch by the beach and how we can't play football there because of all the dogs muck. the head of health wrote back saying that he will put signs up and a dog warden on duty. I went down there every day for a month and found no action had been done so i decided to write to the echo to discuss this issue.
