Chapter 4
To fully understand the fat rat, we must look into it's history. You see it is not entirely the fat rat's fault for turning out like he was. For one thing he came from a family of boring mathmaticians who impressed their idea's onto him, (half the time they were a load of nonsense) therefore he could not understand how to explain maths in a simple language for children.
Another thing was, he used to live in the attic in his parents home, and was left to entertain himself, he ranged wild in the attic for a few years, before his parents decided it would be best to tidy him up and get him a job. so they set about teaching him his forgotten manners and re establishing his maths brain. Except they didn't do a very good job.
But that was no excuse for the shoddy teaching he was doing for the grammar school. |
