The 4th Newport West Guides meet every Tuesday during termtime at St Stephens Church Hall from 7pm - 9pm.
Girls start Guides from the age of 10 upwards and usually go on to Rangers between their 14th and 16th birthday.
We follow a programme of activities based around the five essentials of Guiding This provides girls with;varied and challenging activites designed to offer them new experiences and to develop their own personal skills and talents.
The girls work towards their yearly Challenge Badge and for Interest Badges, and can go on to achieve the Baden Powell Challenge award - the highest award in the Guide section of GirlGuiding.
