We are YOUR local Thai Boxing Club in Gwent and South Wales, providing the opportunity to improve both your fitness and self defence.
We are the oldest club within the Phraya Pichai Thai Boxing Camp, who are the founder members of the British Thai Boxing Council (the largest and oldest Thai Boxing Association in the UK).
We train in Cwmbran at either Woodland Road Sports and Social Centre or Oasis Lesiure Centre and each training session costs only £3!
