Directions:- From Newport take the M4 Junction 29, to the A48 head towards the Heath Hospital, first junction after the hospital, up to roundabout, take the 4th exit, heading back for M4, 100yards on your left at first set of traffic lights, opposite the East restaurant (on your right). Coming From Ponty:- A470 all the way into Cardiff, first roundabout, with the East Restaurant on it, drive under the Flyover onto roundabout and take the 5th exit (doubling back on yourself) 100yards on your left at first set of traffic lights, opposite the East restaurant (on your right).
