History

Hartridge RFC were reformed in 2001 with the help of Colin Pugh, James Crowley & David Cunningham with the view to emmulate the success of HHSOB of the 80's and 90's.

During the 1st season 2001/2002 there was success and then came 2002/2003 season which was an even better and more eventful season ,the 2003/2004 season was so close with Hartridge finishing the season as runners up in the Newport & District League & also reaching the Semi Final of the N&D Cup. 2004/2005 Hartridge won their first pieces of silverware winning the Newport & District League & Newport and District Cup. 2005/2006 saw Hartridge eneter the East Wales Premier League. 2006/2007 saw the emergence of Hartridge 2nd Team fulled by Past Players & Players hoping to cement Hartridge as a force for the future, Both 1st & 2nd Teams have had continued success so far this season and hoping to build on them game by game. Hartridge Home field has been dubbed the "house of Doom" by locals and is a feared place to visit....

winning it in their 1st year and also won the n&d cup for the 3rd time
