Object of the Association
The object for which the Association is established is to promote, through the comradeship engendered by its members, the welfare, by charitable means, of all serving and former members of Her Majesty's Air Forces, their spouses and dependants, together with the widows and widowers and dependants of those who died whilst serving or subsequently.

The objectives of the Newport Branch
To promote the Association locally and recruit new members.
To preserve the memory, and honour the members of the Association who have died in our service.
Provide welfare, support and facilities, when called upon, for retired & serving members of our Air Forces, usually in liason with the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund. This is achieved by charitable means, from donations from the public & organisations and fund raising events such as raffles, auctions, dances.
