To Len Payne and ideally I would like to be in contact with Christopher Biddlecombe as well please. I know I am some years coming forward with a reply but I hope the pair of you will take note of what I am about to release.

I am compiling a lot of details focusing on the Titanic Relief Fund - Southampton Committee.

If either of you would like to contact me, I can discuss this matter priavetly.

Len - with reference to Reginald Roland Biddlecombe. He was placed - by the Southampton Committe - in an orphanage in Romsey. Romsey in Hampshire is also my home town.
