Re: Davy Family Legends - maybe not!
hello again, I did go to Ancestry & posted with errors, which I've now rectified & as follows,

Humphry Davy's parents were,.Robert Davy (c.1744) & Grace Millet (c.1750)

his grandparents were Edmund Davy (c.1721) & Grace Adams.

his g grandparents were Robert Davy (c.1663) & Joan Marrack (formerly married to Ann Kitt)

his gg grandparents were Edmund Davy (c.1625) & Joan Blake.

his ggg grandparents were nyclis Davy (c.1581) & Catterne Barne

his gggg grandfather was Edmond Davy (no other information).

I maybe wrong but wonder if Barb's John Davy, is the same Dr John Davy, personally from what I've read she hasn't convinced me she is a descendant of this John Davy.

Anyway I'm going to take another look through her posts & see if I can put anything together from the
information there.
