Yes,there truly was a newspaper of this name,though i cannot find very much about it.

I know im fascinated that such a paper existed.It only existed for 2 years 1 June 1859 - 1 June 1861.
It can be viewed at the British Library.There were 24 issues only .It was a London publication,for the Croydon area.
