The progress of Fencing in Basingstoke

The attendance at Brighton Hill School Fencing Club is now 30 children, Friday afternoon is a training day for learning to fence,  and Wednesday is competition training on electric scoring apperatus.
On Friday the 18/11/05 we have arranged a friendly competition with Club Escrime at Winchester.
Schools in the Basingstoke area are being visited and a taster session in fencing is being offered to the pupils.
The Basingstoke fencing Club now meets at Brighton hill School Wednesday evening 7-9pm, anyone wishing to learn to fence will be most welcome to join us, a beginers class is taking place now.
