Foyes Corner Community Festival 22nd May 2011 11am - 4pm
on Large 8 acre disused Sports Field behind St Marks School, Shirley Road in Freemantle.
Loads of free fun for everyone, of all ages.
There could be Bands, inflatables, circus training , info tents, food and drink, picnics, displays, hogroast, dancers, all the family, all the community.
Non-Profit run by local people and supported by SCC, K2 City Youth Services, St Marks School, YMCA, The Friends of The Field Community Association and GMB. Expecting about 6000 people, 3rd year for the biggest Festival in Freemantle for generations.
2008 and 2009 had up to 6,000 happy attendees.
Helpers of all ages (no experience neccessary) and local companies and social groups support wanted. Churches, Schools, Colleges, Clubs, Societies, Forums, Community Groups, Residents, services.... everyone welcome. This is YOUR FESTIVAL, it's free and it's really fun.
