1st November 2010. Any potential hirer should be clear as to the rate being charged before entering into any booking agreement. Clarification, if required, should be obtained from the Booking Secretary, see details below.

Occasional bookings must be made on a Booking Form obtainable from the Bookings Secretary and a deposit must be paid before the booking is regarded as firm -
Regular and Provisional bookings can be made by telephone

Kitchen/Bar charge: the kitchen is included in the hire charge where it is only required for making drinks (tea, coffee etc)

Tables and chairs are included in the hire charges -
Crockery and Cutlery is available on request

A comprehensive Sound System for use within the Village Centre is available by special arrangement (see charges above)
The period booked normally applies to the time the keys are collected until the time they are returned, unless special arrangements are made
Local rates: apply when hirers live locally within the parish of St Mary Bourne and / or the majority of those attending are locals from within the parish - local rates do not apply to commercial activities or external organisations
* Regular use rates: apply to hirers who book Village Centre facilities on a regular basis which, for example, is regarded as at least once per week, once per month, or more than six times in a year, if booked in advance
