Village Centre Hire Charges 2007
These charges are as authorised by the Trustees and the Committee of Management and will apply to all hirers from 1st September 2008. Any potential hirer should be clear as to the rate being charged before entering into any booking agreement. Clarification, if required, should be obtained from the Booking Secretary [01264 738650].
Main Hall [including entrance hall, kitchen, toilets and stage]
Normal rate: £15.50/hour - Regular use £12.50/hour Local rate: £11.50/hour - Regular use £9.00/hour
Wedding or Party Special (11am to Midnight or similar) Normal rate: £190 - Local rate: £155
Alcohol Licence charge Single event/function: £20.00 Single event/function over 2 successive days: £30.00 - Single event/function over 3 successive days: £45.00
For events where full use of kitchen and/or bar facilities is made a premium of £20 will be added to the above charges
Committee Room
Normal rate: £4.50/hour - Local rate: £3.50/hour
Club Room
Normal rate: £7.50/hour - Regular use £6.50/hour Local rate: £5.50/hour - Regular use £4.50/hour
Party Special: 4 hours for £15.00
