THE FOLLOWING GROUPS USE THE ST MARY BOURNE VILLAGE CENTRE FACILITIES ON A REGULAR BASIS:

Zumba Gold - First class in the Main Hall on Monday 15th April at 10am! Zumba is about
great dance and music - it’s from around the world
and most importantly, it is for EVERYONE! You don’t
have to be super fit - just come, enjoy and
dance like nobody is watching!

Modern Sequence Dancing in the Main Hall on the first Saturday of every month (except January and August). Come and have your first entrance FREE ! and meet our leaders: Mike & Kay, who will make you feel very welcome. Dancing to CDs - from 7.30 to 11pm.

The Badminton Club welcomes adult players in the Main Hall on Monday evenings from 6.30 to 8.30pm, September to May. Games are generally played as doubles at £3 per week with the first one free.

Fun Fitness classes - Body Sculpt & Circuits
Body sculpt is a fast way to shape up and lose body fat. The class begins with an aerobic based warm up followed by a low impact all over body toning workout using light weights.
Circuits is an all over body workout that includes multiple exercise stations focusing on different muscle areas and components of fitness to give you an all over calorie burning workout.
All ages and abilities welcome to join our friendly group in the Club Room. Body sculpt: Mondays 6.30pm
Circuits: Wednesdays 6.30pm - £4.50 per class.

Did you know that St Mary Bourne has a thriving Short Mat Bowls Club ? The club plays in the Main Hall on Thursdays from 2.30 to 4.30pm all year round and also from 7 to 9pm in the winter months. Any reasonably fit person can “have a go”. Your first visit is free - all you need is a pair of flat shoes - we can supply bowls.
