Tony's Missing His Pots

Does anyone have any information about this house. A 19th century map has the word 'brewery' marked across the corner of High Street and East Street and Rockstone House stands beside some workshops. It also seems likely that the low building behind it was part of the same property at one time. Just round the corner in High Street the buildings share a spectacular array of chimney stacks but Rockstone has none at all. What happened to the chimney pots, can anyone explain?
