Treasure gymnastics is a Gym mark accredited Gymnastics Club formed in January 2006.
The club is registered with British gymnastics.

The coaches have extensive experience of coaching recreational gymnastics and have brought together a number of existing recreational classes to create a formal structure allowing development of talented gymnasts and participation for a wide group of children.

The club aims to offer quality gymnastics coaching to as many children as possible, giving an introduction to the sport and showing that it is a sport anyone can do not just the elite few.

Working with Southampton city council and the Thornhill motiv8 team the club has been offering introductions to gymnastics in schools as well as an extra curricular activity.
The club offers coaches to schools to run after school clubs and ppa sessions and also works with team elite sports coaching specialists to ensure quality gymnastics is delivered in to as many schools as possible.

The club is growing fast and already boasts in the region of 400 members. We hope to expand in the near future and offer more recreational classes at more leisure centres / community halls to reach even more children.

Our newly squad have train for Teamgym and acrobaticcs competitions and are working towards entering the British Championships in 2008

We have also recently expanded to offer activities for children of pre-school age.

Because of our fast growth we are constantly looking for new volunteers to help with coaching and for our committee to help with event organising and fundraising.
