Ex - Spinner Returns

Mick Groves returns to show us once again why the Spinners were so popular for so long. For years the Spinners were the BBC’s de facto folk group, they were even given their own hour-long shows on prime time television. I have to admit I prefer Mick on his own or at least with Becki on fiddle.

Becki Driscoll weaves her marvellous off the cuff accompaniment behind Mick’s songs and plays some of her own fiddle tunes. For those who missed them when last they were last at the Village a couple of years ago, we can promise a really excellent evening crammed with your favourite folk songs.
