Support for young carers in Southampton

Southampton Young carers Project supports young people who help to care for someone in the family. The person they care for may have a long tern illness, a disability, a mental health issue or difficulties with alcohol or drug use.
Support: Information, young carers youth groups, befriending scheme, opportunities to meet other young carers and make new friends.
